Every summer, thousands of tourists pass through Olbia. Some find us by chance, others look us up.
And then there are those who come back. Year after year.
They ask if we still serve that Argentine steak they loved, or if the burger with that sauce is still on the menu.
They tell us how they recommended us to friends and family — who now sit at the same table they did last summer.
We are Tweet Pizza & Bistrot, a restaurant open all year round, located in a quiet residential area just a few minutes from the center of Olbia.
Meat comes first
If there’s one thing we truly focus on, it’s meat.
We work with premium selections from the U.S., Argentina, and Uruguay, including brands like Creekstone and Omaha.
We also serve special cuts of Iberian pork, like pluma, for those who appreciate bold flavors and perfect cooking.
Every cut is carefully selected, respectfully handled, and cooked just right.
When it reaches the table, it speaks for itself.
Burgers and pizza — no labels needed
Our burgers start with a solid base: homemade artisan bread, made with our own recipe, high-quality meat, and well-balanced toppings.
We’re after real flavor — the kind that stays with you.
As for our pizza, it’s inspired by the Neapolitan style, but we make it our own.
The dough is highly hydrated, slowly fermented, and comes out light, crisp, and easy to digest.
No need to label it — it’s just the pizza we like to eat.
A place for everyone — but not by chance
We’re not in the city’s tourist center.
We’re a little further out, in a peaceful neighborhood where you can relax, enjoy your meal, and feel at home.
Locals come here. Regulars. People who live and work in Olbia.
But also travelers looking for something genuine — something off the usual tourist track.
We love meeting new people.
But what moves us most is when someone remembers us, comes back, and notices the details.
It means we’re doing something right.
